Online lessons underway for Afghan students – Orchestra of St John's | Taking classical music out into the community

Online lessons underway for Afghan students

As part of our developing relationship with the Afghanistan National Institute of Music, we are delighted that the students have started taking online lessons with OSJ musicians. Currently the students take lessons with OSJ Principal Trumpet Paul Archibald, Associate Conductor Cayenna Ponchione and with composer, Toby Young. This is just the start of what we hope will be an enduring relationship between the two musical institutions.
